As of 23 Sept, Cosmos SDK 0.46.1 has not yet support for IBC and x/wasm modules and since one of the main reason for the upgrade was to support Cosmowasm, we will have it back on it, when the best version of Cosmos SDK .46 will be available |

@bombs-kim Since, there are lot of changes in for Cosmos SDK 0.45. It wouldn' t be wise to use this PR for further development. of cosmos SDK 0.46 |
