+ Remove legacy lib depends and libc.lib from KscViewer. This was possible because it does not depend on legacy libraries anymore.
This file was maintained by the developers, since it adds a layer of encryption of the jpeg file, which is used by KSC images.

Description
This PR updates game and KscViewer tool to use latest jpeglib fetched from vendor.
This also allowed getting ride of some legacy libraries from project configurations.
This partially resolves the following ticket: #38
