Redesign and whatnot

I've rewritten the code in html5 and I'll begin to translate it in french. It should be done by the end of novembre.

I've created an npm task so people can spin a httpserver and see their modification in live.

I've also added 2 licenses. One for the content (CC-BY-SA 4.0) and the other for the source code (AGPLv3). I'm open to discuss about it but I think for that kind of project those licenses should be alright.

Neat! How about a simple CC0 or similar public domain type permissive license instead? All the code is trivial, and the contents is just a short PSA.

Other than that,

• All the headers refer to the site as "Yocto"
• All the references are absolute, it would be better if they were relative
• If HTML5 is a goal, the w3c validator has a few nitpicks

I'm OK with CC0. I copy/paste the comment from another project I'm working on. I forgot to change it... :)
