Steps to Reproduce

Internal discussion:

@Leszek My steps during the call were

  1. Open the table view
  2. For a submission with a media file, click the edit button
  3. In the Enketo view, click the 'reset' button (which removes the image)
  4. Click Submit
  5. Go to the image gallery

Expected: Image is gone

Actual: Image is still there
