Merging to reduce technical debt of getting stuff into my test builds, and also makes it easier for non-retroplayer builds to test the atari buttonmaps. |

Description
This PR adds a controller for Atari 800 (based on the Atari 2600 controller, but with a buttonmap specific to the atari800 emulator). It also updates the Atari 5200 controller for the atari800 emulator (and is also included in the a5200 emulator buttonmap).
