The DvbViewer recordings API references channels by it's name. Since channels can be renamed (e.g. favourites name) we need to store the original channel name as well. Additional make use of some C++11 features

Kodi's file browser doesn't allow escaping from special://whatever. To
circumvent this, we simply change the default value to empty ("").
In case the user doesn't change the directory, we still set the
original default value in the PVR code.
