Enable multiple scenes

This adds another scene to the game, which is homed on a separate URL. This would give a user the opportunity to navigate to different parts of the game if they need.

Tasks

• Set up a new scene, including drawing a dreadful backdrop
• Set up basic routing to the new scene
• Show how to make a scene a little different despite still using the same scene description structure
• Keep the scene script pure from implementation detail
