Added a new modal component called Equalizer
Changed the FooterExtraControls to show an equalizer button that opens up the newly added modal when clicked on it
Changed the equalizer component to a form
Added close button and functionality for closing it with esc key
Moved presets into config file so they can be used in both remote and web app
Removed unused code from Volume slider (previously EqualizerBandElement)
