copying a layer from design mode does not copy the constraintValues of its children

Expected functionality would be that if layer children constraints were included in the design view - that those would copy. It's understood that the constraints of the parent most layer should not copy as that may cause issues.

Usecase:
I put a lot of work into ensuring all of my templates inside of design mode are using proper constraints, then when I copy and place them in code everything breaks.
