复现流程：

  • 安装全新模板项目
  • 启动控制台
  • 修改 server 配置项，例如将 maxPort +1
  • 点击重载配置
  • 控制台连接断开，错误信息如下
TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'devMode' of 'this.config' as it is undefined.
