Start shipping a limited number of augeas lenses. This is a small number of them, chosen for utility and limited scope. As this is an osquery startup option, it cannot work in a table
Note that this will override the inadvertent effect where launcher's osquery would read lenses installed via another osquery installation.
Further note that if/when osquery/osquery#6976 merges, we will lose access to the system installed lenses. But that we will generally fix the ability to use the augeas table.
