Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently running "reset assets config" will refresh the coins file and user has to manually reactivate coins previously active. This can be a hassle if you have many coins and dont recall which ones.

Describe the solution you'd like

When resetting assets config, detect which coins are marked as active and apply this to the updated coins json file.
