• install pip

create evnironment(example)
python3 -m venv yourEnv and connect envnironment

install dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

run django

cd backend/

python manage.py makemigrations
python manage.py migrate
python manage.py runserver

django run this port http://127.0.0.1:8000/
