Known issues

• Ubuntu kontena-agent package is not compatible with Docker 17.06 #2588

  This has been fixed for the 1.3 releases by marking the Ubuntu packages as incompatible with the newest docker-ce 17.06 packages.

  The 1.4 release will support the Docker 17.06 release, but will also bump the minimum Docker version from 1.10 to 1.12.
