run runner.coffee, it starts counting time
length of the current session is displayed
press enter to pause/continue
total accumulated time is shown at start and exit (ctrl c)
if you forget to pause, press ctrl c, 'last total' will be the total at last unpause
time is stored in ~/.coffeetime/time.json
