What is your proposal:
report these field in NUMAResourceTopology

  • node.koordinator.sh/cpu-topology
  • node.koordinator.sh/cpu-shared-pools
  • node.koordinator.sh/pod-cpu-allocs（without origin guaranteed-static）

Why is this needed:
see #232
