RNA-seq-SRA

Step 1: Run SRA-parser.R function to get input sample data table \
Step 2: Upload table as a sample data table to Terra workspace \
Step 3: Either choose from Reference Data or Workspace Data or upload required GTF, FASTA, and index to workspace. Update Input links, if needed. \
Step 4: Options - Kallisto; RSEM/STAR. Run (1) index (2) align and quantify workflows \
