Kobos (and in the according mode, other readers probably, too) do not have a 16bit grayscale framebuffer mode but rather an implementation of 16bit RGB framebuffers. So we implement that now.

This is for Kobo devices to fix my misconception that they have 16bpp grayscale framebuffers. In fact they do have RGB 16bpp framebuffers. Those should work fine now.
