When WiFi is disabled, checking for updates only functions as a WiFi toggle. This is probably Kobo-specific; it could even be H2O specific?

To reproduce:

  1. Have WiFi turned off.
  2. Pokeball > OTA update > Check for update
  3. Turn WiFi on dialog appears
  4. No actual update check occurs once WiFi is turned on

The update check occurs only if you go through the steps after activating WiFi first.

This is not due to any recent changes.

This behavior is expected. And we need to do this to keep the callback clean enough though the interface may become not as intuitive.

I see. In that case, #1124 already takes care of at least one improvement I would propose.
