Refactor database tables #23

The following changes are made to this PR:

Database tables have been refactored as mentioned in the database changelog file.
CityMapper has been removed as it is handled at the database level.
The codebase has been refactored to adapt to the new changes (database table refactors).
Migration file has been added to migrate from muslim-data-android v1 to v2.
