Add Object Detection to Alexa Plug-in

User story:
As a Scrypted and Alexa user, I need to enable "Person detection" separately from motion detection so that I can better manage the alerts received on the Alexa device.

It appears that "Person" and "Package" detection can be separated for Alexa alerts, were that functionality be added to the skill and interface: https://developer.amazon.com/en-US/docs/alexa/device-apis/alexa-smartvision-objectdetectionsensor.html

Implementing this would be helpful for bringing us closer to the functionality found in Ring's skill.
