iOS: Vysor Dongle Not Found

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
MakeDiary dongle inserted to the laptop via USB hub
iPhone device connected to Hub

restart the computer with dongle and phone still plugged in, open vysor to connect everything once again, dongle not found

also not in ports

Expected behavior
vysor dongle be found so that I could use it

I'm having a similar issue so I"ll add my details to what @aceman404 has detailed already.

Desktop

• Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, build 22621
• GeeekPi nRF52840 MDK USB Dongle w/Case
• AppleMobileDeviceSupport v14.5.0.7
• NRF52840 Flash File
• Vysor app: Pro Version 5.0.46 (Runtime 5.0.7)

The NRF52840 Flashing Instructions state, "At this point, a removable storage drive should show up on your computer, For example, MakerDiary dongles will be named MDK_DONGLE." HOWEVER, for me it was not named, "MDK_DONGLE" but was something like "UF2root" (I think). Flashing appeared to go successfully (no error) but after rebooting the PC the dongle no longer appears in device manager at all (nothing happens when I plug it in or remove it). I also tried plugging it in to a Linux box and it isn't getting detected there, either.

Can we get some help on this issue, please? I don't know how to proceed since the dongle didn't show up as MDK_DONGLE and after flashing it doesn't appear in device manager at all. I suspect I need to reflash somehow but I don't know how?
