php bin/magento module:enable Kovach_Btcz; php bin/magento setup:upgrade; php bin/magento cache:flush;

or enable module in backend.

3. Configure it at:

STORES->Configuration->Tab SALES->Payment Methods->OTHER PAYMENT METHODS:
