powerline tab_bar_style misdraw

When the first tab is selected, there is no issue.

But when the first tab is not focused, a few "pixels" on the left are not drawn:

Here is a gist of my config file. I've played with the various padding/margin settings by it doesn't impact the behavior seen on the screenshots shown here.
