toggle_tab action (similar to toggle_layout)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to switch to a given tab using a keyboard shortcut. If already within the given tab, then I would like to switch to the previously active tab.

This feature request is identical to the toggle_layout action except that it applies to tabs instead of layouts.

map kitty_mod+space toggle_tab 1

Describe alternatives you've considered
One may be able to turn on remote control and use a helper script to do just that. The helper script may need to parse out the output of kittiy @ ls and then use some logic to toggle tabs.
