Note that the bower package lives here: https://github.com/components/jsdiff as this contains built components. If bower is not pointing to that, then that may be the source of the problem. Grunt should in no way be involved for bower users. |
kpdecker -- many thanks, your last comment fixed my silliness. It had been a long day, and I'd not read any of the sources, just assumed that the module built itself on Thanks for your help, and a very useful module. |

Should the library build itself on install? Currently the 'build' grunt task dies not sppear to be run, and there is no bower.json
