Hi, I cannot install cleanly Mojolicious 4.03 on cygwin 1.7.18-1
for perl 5.16.2. All previous versions in 3.x and 4.x installed cleanly.

Thanks for your contribution, but i'm afraid nothing relevant changed in 4.03, this is just cygwin/windows/perl being a bit unstable.
