Pre-trained VGG16 weights

Pre-trained weights for usage in feature extraction in HIOB.

This is the convolutional part of the VGG16 by K. Simonyan and A. Zisserman. The original model was released under Creative Commons Attribution License and can be found at http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/research/very_deep/

Deer tracking sample

This is a small sequence for demonstrating the tracker. It was taken from the tb100 tracking benchmark by Yi Wu and Jongwoo Lim and Ming-Hsuan Yangand put here for easy and fast reference (since the original server is quite slow).
