Opening "Open" window causes the program to hang when it is being closed with "Close window" menu option #1

If you just open "Open" window (either by navigating the menu and clicking Open or pressing
C-O), even without choosing a file, the program will refuse to close when closing the last window with Close window menu option: the last window will close but the program will remain running (then I just kill it with^C). The same doesn't hold true when using Exit menu option, then the program just closes all of its windows and terminates normally.Tested on GNU+Linux.
