Error not listed? If has something to do with Twitch, the section below is the prescribed method to fix it reliably. And yes you might have to do it alot because Twitch is that broken.

How To Fix It

1. uninstall twitch completely
2. use your favorite tool to do a registry sweep and junk file removal, I recommend https://privazer.com
3. reboot
4. install twitch fresh from https://twitch.tv/downloads
5. install the pack
