refactor: Replace Webpack with Vite #1974

Update project dependencies
Replace Webpack with Vite
Integrate Firebase Auth and React Router
Move the front-end source files into the /app folder (workspace)
Move Cloudflare Workers script into the /edge folder (workspace) - can be removed if you don't need it
Allow easily adding more packages/workspaces reusing the top-level TypeScript, ESLint, Jest configurations
