Add support for calling varargs functions via ccall and cwrap

From emscripten-discuss: "problems making a ccall to a varargs routine (v1.37.20)".

Being able to call varargs functions from ccall and cwrap sounds like a good feature to have, so marking this down so we don't lose it.
