Rename .nend

We haven't resolved the question of what to call the method that's currently called nend.

I'm actually wondering whether end would be a good bet, as in "end my usage of promises and return to node style callbacks (if a callback is provided)"

Do we want to just remove nend in 0.8.10, assuming it hasn't gotten too much adoption, or should we deprecate until 0.9?
