1. install sass (in ubuntu 11.10 sudo apt-get install libhaml-ruby)
2. clone this repo to your django-project folder
3. in settings.py add 'django-sass' to INSTALLED_APPS
4. in settings.py add USE_SASS = True
5. in template file add the following strings:
    a) {% load sass %}{% load static %}
    b) <link href="{% get_static_prefix %}{% sass 'path/to/file.css' %}" />
if USE_SASS == True, script will be trying to find 'path/to/file.sass' and if it exists - compile it and return 'path/to/file.css'
if USE_SASS == False, script return only return 'path/to/file.css'

IMPORTANT!: if DEBUG == False, script also return 'path/to/file.css' (no compile sass to css)

tested in ubuntu only
