NameTag v1.1.0

Provides the part tagging functionality from kOS. Allows part tags to be used from other mods, such as kRPC, without needing the full kOS mod to be installed.

Note: do not install both kOS and NameTag. They provide the same functionality, and will conflict with one another. Only one is needed. Name tags saved via kOS are available via NameTag and vice versa.
