.module files are not uploaded by default, and there's some other issue, too. See fsynthlib/fsynth#36 for some context.

In Bintray publish script, only create empty version

There's a problem with uploading build artifacts to Bintray,
so I'm disabling it entirely. It should be fixed in #1.

It should be possible to fix it in an elegant way when bintray/gradle-bintray-plugin#229 is done.

There's a way to work around it by manually uploading needed files.
