1. Using primarily JS (no CSS transitions) animate stepwise a progress bar going from 0 to 100% in 5 seconds
2. Add a button to add more progress bars that animate
3. Ensure only 1 progress bar animates at a time
4. Ensure only 5 progress bars animate at a time
