Some code for deployment (e.g. to AWS, digitalocean) would be helpful, since this can be verbose in Python

Hi! I've got a demo based on Flaskstarter running. A walk-thru of how to deploy to (say) Heroku would be amazing.

FWIW, I got my flask-starter working on Heroku with the following Procfile:

web: gunicorn --worker-tmp-dir /dev/shm manage:application
