You may get Account name from SalesForce and html link to Account by providing the program with .csv file that has Case number column.
Please prepare .csv file in advance.
Output will be .html file in the folder where you run the program.

in the top right corner click on your name -> My settings

click Personal -> Reset My Security Token, or enter 'reset' in quick find
You'll receive an e-mail with a new token.
