How can I known which line is which pseudo_time? #56

I was expecting to be able to plot the labels of each line in order to know which pseudotime progression I am looking at.

Is such thing possible?

Hi @tiagobrc,

That's a good idea! I hadn't thought of it before, so no, there isn't currently any straightforward way to do it. I think you could dissect the slingCurves output a little bit to get the coordinates of the terminal point along the line (or midpoint, etc.), but this would be pretty unstable. What you can do if you're using the plot or lines functions (and this is what I've done to distinguish between lineages) is provide a color vector. It will draw each curve in a different color and then you could add a legend to associate those with the names.
