I don't understand it yet, but nextclade keeps reporting the following as labeled private mutations:

  • G21987A | 98% | 21J,21L,22C,22B,21I,21A,22A,21B,22D
  • C25000T | 98% | 21K,21L,22C,22B,22A,21M,22D
  • A26530G | 100% | 21K

Which doesn't seem right since the parents are 21L and 21K (24504:26059). Why would these be considered private mutations? Shouldn't they be part of the clade definition?

  • G21987A is not in branch_attrs.
  • C25000T is not in branch_attrs, but T25000C is.
  • A26530G is not inbranch_attrs.
