Potentially 5000 bp, which will not affect any controls. But this will help control BA.5/BA.2 false positive recombinants, as seen with BE.1.

With the latest allele data, this calls XAN a false positive with breakpoint interval of 12160:22792.

I wonder if the new filter min_consec_allele will cover this instead from Issue #79 .
