True. Several other MS documents have broken links. https://learn.microsoft.com/answers/questions/265752/htmlhelp-workshop-download-for-chm-compiler-instal) has links that still seem to work. Want me to (still) remove it, or mention this link? |

Personally I would remove it. I do not want to advertise any company, etc. |
