Dynamic configuration of parallel reconciliation

To setup this flag dynamically, we should add some documentation on how mean add more concurrent reconciliation.

Yes, correct. We could add a link to this blog post to the kube-green site for example, or write something about how the reconciliation works.
Furthermore, it is to add the dynamic flag to kube-green like this and use the options when the MaxConcurrentReconcile parameter is set.
