1. set online calico dual statck e2e case and cilium e2e case run on centos7 system which updated the kernel
2. add offline calico dual stack and cilium case
3. Make compatible of ping and ping6 on differrent os
4. fix kubean multi replicas e2e bug
5. standardize some variables name
6. delete some unnecessary files
