Compatible edge-cloud connection timeout for http request in lib

What happened:

Follow here, the parameter timeout cannot be defined while using sedna lib.

Also, in some cases, we cannot predict the latency of cloud inference.

What you expected to happen:

I wish that:

• be able to define the special timeout by setting environment variables.
• as the timeout occurs, the cloud node records a status and returns response asynchronously to avoid blockage.
