Add a link to the instructions doc for Supporters

Currently, the Supporters part lacks clear instructions on how to add their company logo under Supporters.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to add a redirect link that displays 'Welcome to join the growing community' under Supporters. Clicking on the link should redirect to the documentation guide.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Two steps need to do:

• Add instructions docs to tell how to add company logo on Supporters part. add supporters instructions #479
• Add a link under Supporters title which can redirect to the instructions doc. add link at Supporters redirect to the instructions doc. #482
