Fixes issue where k3d-github would fail when running the publish job due to incorrect secret formatting.
Adds progress tracking to the k3d package for create and destroy.
Increases width of progress output to allow for messages to show.
Cleans up k3d secret creation.
Adds function to assist with destroying local k3d resources in terraform via minio pf.
