Following the user guide on a minikube cluster, ks delete default resulted in Error strconv.Atoi: parsing "": invalid syntax for ksonnet v0.8.0 and in Error Parse major version failed for for ksonnet v0.9.0.

This appears to be an issue with ksonnet.
ksonnet/ksonnet#272

It was supposed to be fixed in v0.9.0. Can you open up an issue in ksonnet and provide information about the major and minor version of your cluster.

We should test if this has been fixed by the 0.9 release and if it is close this issue.

@Bobgy has taken over most of the day to day responsibilities for supporting
the Kubeflow project so that I can focus on other projects.

The current plan is for @Bobgy to take over for me on the project steering
group.

I will step back once @Bobgy has had a chance to ramp up.

I would like to finish bootstrapping the WGs before doing so.

The main work remaining on that side is

1. The pending deployments WG
1. Resolving what to do about a control plane WG and some applications
   currently lacking owners.

* Follow up to kubeflow#364
* Per kubeflow#364 I was transitioning off PSG and being replaced by @Bobgy
* This completes the transition.
