Starting from v2 compatible mode, all the KFP semantics information should be available in MLMD.

Therefore, now we can start to render KFP UI in argo agnostic ways.

This is an umbrella issue to find out things we can improve under this theme.

Known issues:

@zijianjoy I want to propose a few more changes:

  • artifact names in ML Metadata tab is empty
    image
  • Hide ML Metadata tab from pipeline node details, because useful information from the tab is already either in input/output tab or visualizations. ML Metadata info can be navigated to by clicking on the execution name link, so it's still easy to access.
